Weight Loss Regimen

First I will introduce you to the best part of this regime, then I will immediately tell you about the worst part of the regime, lastly I will give you the overall rules

This is the regime I get on whenever I want to lose weight quickly.

CHEAT DAYS:

  • This is the day you should speak about often and think about in your weak moments - whenever you have a craving, add it to the Cheat Day list

  • Cheat day serves two purposes:

    • May boost your body’s metabolism

    • Keeps the diet from feeling miserable and allows you to be social

  • I recommend keeping the cheat day on the calendar, for instance, during football season, I knew I would want to go out and eat bullshit during the NFL games on Sunday, so I let Sunday be my cheat day

Cheating Times:

  • Weekly (1 cheat day per calendar week)

    • 2 glasses of red wine

Bi-Weekly Rules:

  • If you didnt have a cheat day at all last week, your cheat day this week may include:

DIET:

Upon Waking

  • Ice cold water

  • Ice cold lemon/lime juice water

  • Coffee with cinnamon

  • Cardio

  • Water and supplements (AG1, Fish oil, )
